Shipping and Delivery
Within South Africa
Products will only be shipped door-to-door, no post box deliveries will be accepted (except for Pudo). Shipping will take 3-5 working days depending on the area. Products will be sent within 24 hours from the time the payment is received.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fee (which will show in the checkout section).
Bamboo Splash is not responsible for delays in shipping on the part of the courier.

- Courier Guy - Flat Rate: North West & Gauteng = R89.00 - R125.00
- Courier Guy - Flat Rate: Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Free State, North Cape, East Cape, West Cape = R99.00 - R145.00
- Pudo Locker: R60.00 - R90.00
- PostNet to PostNet: R99.00
All products shipped with Courier Guy have shipping insurance included up to the value of R1000.00, Bamboo Splash can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products of a value over R1000.00
Please contact us at fun.bamboosplash@outlook.com to arrange shipping insurance with Courier Guy for the value of R1000.00 - R3000.00 The customer will be responsible for the payment of extra insurance costs.
Should you choose to make use of another courier service, all the costs and responsibilities will fall on the client and not Bamboo Splash. Hence, the pick up and delivery of the products should be arranged by the client.
Outside of South Africa
Shipping products to any country outside of South Africa can be done.
Orders must be placed via email, in order for us to give you various and correct shipping rates.
Orders must be paid via EFT, once the correct amount reflects in our bank account your order will be shipped withing 12 hours.
Returns and Refunds
Bamboo Splash strive to produce excellent quality products and carefully quality check each piece that is sold to make sure our mommy's and daddy's get the best for their little ones. Please note that all our products are seen as sanitary products and can therefore not be returned or exchanged. For these reasons products will only be exchanged in the unlikely event of factory defects. All Bamboo Splash's products have a 6 months guarantee against manufacturing defects. These defects includes: stitching problems, broken/faulty snaps, faulty elastics, delamination of PUL nappies, wood cracks, and faulty clips. Please note that the 6 month guarantee is subject to the products being washed and cared for EXACTALY as instructed on the product label.
In such an instance the client is obligated to send a picture for proof to fun.bamboosplash@outlook.com. Bamboo Splash will reach out to the client to resolve the matter, either by refunding the product or exchanging it for a new one. We may request that the products are sent back to us for quality inspection to better assist you. (The shipping costs to return the products to Bamboo Splash must be paid by the client.)
Return or exchanging of products for the following reasons will not be allowed:
a) the client don't like the product anymore
b) the client ordered the wrong product
c) the product was damaged after usage
